The quality of our manufacturing process is being closely controlled at each step of the process to ensure the conformance with the legal standards and customers’ requirements. Customer satisfaction has always been our first priority. Therefore, we have developed and sustained our Quality Control Program (QCP) which begins from the receipt of raw materials and continues at each and every processing stage until the finished products have been developed and ready for delivery to customers. Since 2002, we have continually growing to implement Quality Management System ISO 9001 : 2000 and have been certified by SGS International Certification Body (No. QID 00005 & Q 054 / ID).
Our product quality is backed up by CFA (Composites Fabricators Association, USA). Fabrication Process
We ensure that our products are always manufactured using the latest technologies and qualified engineers which directly controls the process parameters. We utilize only certified and tested raw materials not only to achieve and maintain the excellent quality of our products but also to avoid any delay in our delivery to customers. This fabrication process is closely monitored and controlled by our experienced engineers based on the fabrication schedule agreed by customers upon engagement.
